Role: UX Researcher, UX Tester, Wireframing & Flow Design
This project focused on rebranding a Watsons-inspired app to enhance product discovery through smarter search and AI-powered face scanning for personalised recommendations.
I conducted user testing across paper, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes, planned questionnaires, and documented insights to refine usability. I also supported wireframing and user flow design to improve navigation and create a more intuitive, personalised user experience.

A mobile website prototype for Tiny Rabbit Hole, a Singapore-based crochet brand, evokes a sense of childlike wonder while showcasing products and workshops. Creating the logo, poster, and app design, resulting in a cohesive brand and UX refined over a 3-month iterative process.
